The agency Servicios Global S.A. offers a variety of car rental options to facilitate your transportation through Cuba, in the categories of tourist, luxurious, economic and station wagons. Our contracts for modern acclimatized vehicles, either with manual or automatic transmission, include options with all-risk insurance policy, unlimited mileage, technical breakdown service and 24-hours assistance in the main tourist resorts and airports all over the country.

Either groups or individual tourists can take advantage of transportation in acclimatized buses with on-board bathroom, television/video show, coffee bar, radio communication and cellular telephony, operated by experienced drivers and tour guidance in different languages.

Conditions for the Rental Service

Servicios Global imposes a group of conditions for the rental service. You must meet these conditions when you rent one of our cars. Please read carefully what is explained below.

Rentals will not be made for less than 3 days in any of Havana city agencies.

Only categories Economic and Medium may be rented for less than 3 days.

The insurance is mandatory and must be paid in cash (CUC) at rental start.

The insurance contract covers only one driver. Each additional driver must be included in the contract as it is opened at a cost of 3 CUC per day.

If the car is left in a different province from the one in which it was rented, you must pay for the return of the car to its province of origin. This drop-off fee ranges from 10 to 130 CUC, according to distance.

Servicios Global confirms only car categories, and not models. We try to satisfy your model requests (if any), but the confirmation you receive stands only for the car category.

Servicios Global reserves the right to modify the rates of its car classes without advise. The reservations that have paid the initial amount will not be affected by any price change.

You can pay the rental in cash or using credit cards.

When you rent the car you must make a warranty deposit.
