HAVANA – SANTIAGO DE CUBA.
1st DAY: Transfer to the airport of national flights to take the flight to Santiago de Cuba or HolguÃn. (Air ticket Included) To the arrival, transfer to the selected hotel in Santiago de Cuba. Lodging and dinner in the Hotel.
SANTIAGO DE CUBA.
2nd DAY: Breakfast. Information meeting. Visit to the Old Cars Museum. Sightseeing around Santiago de Cuba, the second most important city in Cuba, distinctive in mood and teeming with sites of historical and cultural interest. The capital of the eastern region is considered the Cradle of the Son Music and the Cuban Revolution. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit "El Cuartel Moncada" (Moncada Barracks), Cespedes Park, the Museum of Piracy in the Morro Castle, Santa Iphigenia Cemetery and Diego Velazquez’s house. Return to the hotel for dinner. Free night.
SANTIAGO DE CUBA – BARACOA
3rd DAY: Breakfast. Departure to Baracoa. Arrival to Baracoa, going through the extraordinary viaduct "La Farola". Lunch at La Punta restaurant. Lodging. Free afternoon. Dinner in the hotel.
BARACOA – PINARES DE MAYARI
4th DAY: Breakfast. Panoramic tour of Baracoa, First Village, founded by the Spaniards. Lunch at a local restaurant. Departure to Pinares de MayarÃ. Accommodation and dinner in a mountain hotel.
PINARES DE MAYARI
5th DAY: Breakfast. Visit to La Mensura ranch, the Guayabo Jump, La Sabina trail. Picnic lunch. Hiking trails in the mountains. Return to Hotel. Dinner and Rural Party.
PINARES DE MAYARI – HOLGUIN
6th DAY: Breakfast. Exit toward "Cayo SaetÃa". Safari in jeep or truck, to observe exotic animals in their natural environment. Enjoy the beach. Lunch in the place. Continue the journey to the city of HolguÃn. Lodging and dinner in selected hotel.
HOLGUIN.
7Th DAY: Breakfast. Panoramic tour of HolguÃn city, better known as the city of the parks. Continue the journey to Gibara city. Visit to the "Museo de Arte Colonial" and vantage point "Los Caneyes". Lunch at a local restaurant. Return to HolguÃn city. Free afternoon. Dinner at "La Loma de la Cruz ". Back to the hotel.
HOLGUIN – HAVANA
8Th DAY: Breakfast. Departure by bus to Cayo Bariay, where is the monument, that reminds October 27 1492, when the admiral Christopher Columbus steps the Cuban soil for the first time, visit to National Monument Park Bariay, that is the place of the encounter among the two cultures. It’s a sculptural complex composed by an aboriginal village museum, the replica of a Spanish outpost and a historical restaurant. Lunch at the Restaurant "Christopher Columbus". In the afternoon, visit to the "BahÃa de Naranjos" Dolphinarium; enjoy the show and swim with dolphins. Transfer to HolguÃn airport (Included air ticket).To the arrival, transfer to the Occidental Miramar or Montehabana hotel. Accommodation.
HAVANA – LAS TERRAZAS – HAVANA
9th DAY: Breakfast. Departure to Las Terrazas, ecological project located in The "Sierra del Rosario", (Rosario Mountains), declared by UNESCO biosphere reserve, enjoying the Cuban flora and fauna and the beauties of the place. You will know La Moka Hotel, unique installation, inserted in the forest. Visit La Union farm with a beautiful garden of tropical plants. Continue the route to the partially reconstructed ruins of Buena Vista coffee plantation: farm of the nineteenth century, didactic knowledge of local history and process of preparation of coffee at the time. Contact with the community, visiting the "Plaza del Pueblo"( town square) and their socio – cultural facilities, with the chance to taste the exquisite Cuban coffee in the Maria’s house (not included). Visit the serigraphic workshop of the place, knowing about this job and other jobs of handcraft that they develop, with the possibility to buy several articles. Lunch at the local area and if you wish, enjoy a bath at "San Juan" River. Return to hotel in Havana.
HAVANA – GUAMA – TRINIDAD 10th DAY: Departure to Guamá, reproduction of one Taino village, located in the Zapata peninsula, Matanzas province. Explanations of interest of the guide during the tour. Visit to the Crocodile Farm and boat tour to the "Aldea Taina" (Taino village) and tour of the site. Lunch at a local restaurant. At the end of the lunch, departure to Trinidad city. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel.
TRINIDAD
11th DAY: Breakfast. City tour of Trinidad, a city frozen in time. Visit to the Plaza Mayor, Romantic Museum, the Holy Trinidad Church and La Canchánchara Bar (with it traditional welcome cocktail) and visit to the ceramic workshop. Lunch at a local restaurant. Leisure in the city. Return to the hotel. Dinner in the hotel. Night available.
TRINIDAD – CIENFUEGOS – HAVANA or VARADERO
12th DAY: Breakfast. Departure to Varadero. Panoramic tour around Cienfuegos city .This city is also known as "La Perla del Sur" (The South Pearl) Walk around its streets, and avenues, founded by French immigrants. It is situated in a beautiful bay, which is the largest coral so far discovered in Cuba and named Notre Dame. Visit to Marti Park, Tomas Terry Theatre, and House of Cultural Assets and the PurÃsima Concepcion Cathedral. Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue trip to Varadero or Havana to selected hotel.
